 Exchanges must be made within 7 days of the expected delivery date of package or purchase.  All exchanges must be pre-approved before shipping an item back. Please contact us before shipping to get an exchange authorization 815 450 9330. Once the package is received one of our associates will call to complete the exchange. Refunds and Store Credits are not an option! NO EXCEPTIONS!
